  • Coordinating performance improvement activities and participating in the evaluation of their impact.
  • Facilitating sentinel event investigations and root cause analysis activities to reduce risk and increase patient safety.
  • Collaborating with Risk Management on correspondence related to quality of care issues.
  • Participating in efforts to establish and maintain organizational readiness to meet regulatory requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
