Job Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to neonates in the NICU
- Attend deliveries of premature, twins, or high-risk babies
- Collaborate with Neonatologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Board certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
- Seven 24-hour shifts in a 28-day period
- Strong salary with a 5% annual quality bonus
- Sign on bonus negotiable
The facility is a smaller, high-risk setting with an average daily census of 24 neonates. The NNP's have a strong presence in the NICU, working closely with Neonatologists to provide exceptional patient care.
