Key Responsibilities:- Assess and admit patients, conducting thorough evaluations to identify potential health risks and develop individualized care plans.
- Round checks and medication administration, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of medications and treatments.
- Communicate effectively with family members, providing emotional support and education on patient care and treatment options.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
- Associate's degree in nursing (ADN) or higher.
- Current RN licensure in Virginia or North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within six months of hire.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing.
- Experience in critical care or ICU settings.
