Job Description
We are seeking a Guest Service Team Member to join our team In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by:
  1. Acting as the face and voice of Wingstop to all our guests.
  2. Providing guests with authentic, positive, and genuine experiences.
  3. Interacting with guests by greeting them, answering phone calls, taking orders, and delivering food.

To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude even during peak hours.
