At Recovering Hope Treatment Center, Inc., we are committed to supporting women and families in their recovery journey.

We are seeking a highly motivated Recovery Coach to join our team in Mora, MN.

This is a part-time position working on Friday and Saturday or Sunday and Monday, with flexible options available.

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $37,440 - $49,720, depending on experience.

About the Position:
  • Support Client Needs: Assist clients with daily activities, helping them navigate their recovery journey with dignity and respect.
  • Foster Positive Relationships: Act as a positive role model, offering guidance, support, and encouragement to clients and their families.
  • Ensure Client Well-being: Administer medications, perform regular room checks, and maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Promote Family Involvement: Manage visiting hours, facilitate client engagement, and support family participation in the recovery process.
  • Support Facility Operations: Assist with tasks such as room preparation, light maintenance, food preparation, and ensuring the facility remains clean and safe.
What We're Looking For:
  • Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, ability to pass a background check, and experience with medication administration (training provided).
  • Skills: Proficient in computer use, tablet operation, and medical records management.
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old per residential licensure requirements.
