Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at LanceSoft. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies, including modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
  • Work from diagrams and drawings to make initial layouts and continuity checks on work in process and completed.
  • Conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
  • Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
