At ProCare Therapy, we are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing speech and language therapy services to students with various communication disorders and disabilities.

Job Overview
  • Full-time position available
  • 5 days a week, 35 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Provide therapy services in both individual and group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote effective communication skills
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and other members of the education team to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders from an accredited institution
  • Active Texas SLP license with the ability to work independently
  • Proven experience working with children in a school setting, preferably with a strong understanding of special education laws and regulations
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
