Speech Language Pathologist Position in Galveston

At ProCare Therapy, we are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing speech and language therapy services to students with various communication disorders and disabilities.
Job Overview- Full-time position available
- 5 days a week, 35 hours per week

Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student
- Provide therapy services in both individual and group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote effective communication skills
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and other members of the education team to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Master's degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders from an accredited institution
- Active Texas SLP license with the ability to work independently
- Proven experience working with children in a school setting, preferably with a strong understanding of special education laws and regulations
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
