Division of Hematology/Oncology/Bone Marrow Transplantation

The Children's Mercy Kansas City is seeking a board certified/board eligible Pediatric Hematology/Oncology physician to join our division as a full-time Assistant or Associate Professor. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and a passion for mentoring residents and/or fellows. As a member of our team, you will provide primarily inpatient Hem/Onc Hospitalist care for nights and weekends, while also participating in clinical, research, and educational efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inpatient Hem/Onc Hospitalist care for nights and weekends
  • Participate in clinical, research, and educational efforts
  • Mentor residents and/or fellows

Requirements:

  • Board certification/board eligibility in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology
  • Strong clinical skills
  • Interest in mentoring residents and/or fellows
