Key Responsibilities:- Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients with cancer, following physician instructions and treatment plans.
- Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and educate patients on radiation therapy procedures.
- Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, ensuring accurate dosages and patient safety.
- Document patient records, including radiation dosages, equipment settings, and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and treatment.
- Graduation from a Radiation Therapy Technologist program approved by the Council of Allied Health Education and Accreditation (CAHEA).
- Radiation Therapy certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Board Eligible (must receive certification within one year of hire).
- A dynamic and inclusive work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
- A competitive hourly rate of $33 per hour (hiring range).
- Exempt from overtime, with a focus on work-life balance.
