Job Overview

As a Winner's Circle Ambassador at Dave & Buster's, you will be the first point of contact for our Guests, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience. Your exceptional communication skills and warm smile will make our Guests feel welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding Guest service by providing clear and concise information about our Midway experience.
  • Manage wait times and communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Managers to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Assist Guests with all requests, answer questions, and make recommendations on our menu items and games.
  • Provide game assistance by promptly notifying Support Technicians or Management as needed.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the Winner's Circle area, including restocking merchandise and supplies.
  • Collaborate with other Team Members to maintain a positive and efficient working environment.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and enthusiasm. They will be able to lift up to 30 pounds, stand for long periods, and move around the facility as needed.

Dave & Buster's offers a competitive hourly rate of $7.25 - $12 per hour, depending on experience.
