As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional waxing services to our guests, promoting healthy and beautiful skin, and showcasing our premium product line, Strut 365. Your primary goal is to educate guests on the benefits and frequency of waxing while performing waxing services.
You will work closely with guests to understand their needs and preferences, offer personalized advice on skincare and hair removal techniques, and provide exceptional customer service. Your ability to communicate effectively, work independently, and maintain a professional appearance at all times will make you an excellent fit for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality waxing services while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Educate guests on European Wax Center's 4-Step Process to Gorgeous Skin.
- Demonstrate and sell products from our exclusive portfolio, Strut 365.
- Upsell Wax Passes and promote consistency with waxing services.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cleanliness standards.
