Responsibilities
  1. Dining Program Development: Create and implement a dining program that meets residents' needs and preferences, while maintaining high-quality food standards.
  2. Staff Supervision: Supervise and train service team members to ensure exceptional service standards and quality food preparation.
  3. Culinary Innovation: Develop and implement innovative menu concepts that cater to diverse tastes and dietary needs.
  4. Budget Management: Effectively manage dining department budgets, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or 6 years of similar management experience in hospitality or life-planned communities.
  • Certifications: Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) and ServSafe certifications required or obtainable within six months and ninety days of hire, respectively.
  • Skills and Qualities: Strong supervisory leadership, ability to work as part of a team, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to adapt quickly to new situations.
