Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products, adhering to established procedures and protocols.
  • Select and measure raw materials and parts to specifications, ensuring accurate production processing.
  • Resolve issues related to production, machinery, processing, and packaging operations, working collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Perform quality inspections and adhere to Standard Operating Conditions and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure correct formulations and labeling.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues, including winders, and take corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor racks for visual quality defects and ensure accurate labeling and weight of tubing.
  • Perform all duties as directed by supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.

Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience: 0-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Skills: Basic reading, writing, and math skills; computer knowledge and 1-2 years of Windows applications experience preferred

Other Requirements: Flexibility, ability to work independently and in a team environment, and ability to follow instructions and make decisions based on data obtained.
