Maintenance Electrician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team at Cross Resource Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food processing equipment.

• Electrical System Maintenance: Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems and equipment throughout the facility.
• Equipment Repair and Installation: Repair, replace, and upgrade electrical components as necessary, and install, maintain, and repair wiring, control systems, and electrical apparatus in plant machinery.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all work adheres to electrical codes and safety regulations, and maintain accurate records of repairs and preventive maintenance (PM) performed.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure production equipment operates efficiently, and monitor equipment operation and perform necessary adjustments for optimal performance.
• Compliance and Safety: Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations.

• Experience: At least 1 - 3 years of electrical experience in manufacturing and/or food processing.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work, solid understanding of electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints, strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
