About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at European Wax Center. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our waxing services, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist guests, answer questions, and provide product recommendations.
  • Sales: Promote and sell waxing services, products, and packages to guests.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, manage guest flow, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Product Knowledge: Educate guests on the benefits of waxing and our wax packages.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Sales Experience: 1 year of sales experience preferred.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Team Player: Collaborative and supportive team player with a positive attitude.
