Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Surgical Tech to join our team. As a Certified Surgical Tech, you will be responsible for providing technical support to surgeons and other medical staff during surgical procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare operating rooms and equipment for surgical procedures
  • Assist surgeons and other medical staff during procedures
  • Maintain aseptic technique and ensure proper instrument handling
  • Participate in pre- and post-operative patient care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth surgical procedures
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience as a Certified Surgical Tech
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment:

Our hospital has 8 operating rooms and 1 minor procedure room, providing a dynamic and challenging work environment.

Specialized Procedures:
  • Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) procedures, including direct laryngoscopy and tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy
  • Endoscopic procedures, including bronchoscopy and colonoscopy
  • General surgery procedures, including appendectomy and cholecystectomy
  • Orthopedic procedures, including spinal fusion and total knee replacement
