Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Soar Autism Center. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to children with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans for children with autism, focusing on naturalistic and play-based interventions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including ABA, speech, and psychology, to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients and their families.
  • Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor client progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Coach and mentor a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to effectively translate occupational therapy goals into their therapy sessions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure seamless care coordination and family engagement.
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure to practice occupational therapy.
  • Preference for candidates with 3+ years of experience, but open to new graduates.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with children and families.
