Job Summary:

Gpac is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in site civil engineering projects. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for translating projects between the office and the field, preparing property legal documents, and directing field survey members.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate projects between the office and the field, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Prepare property legal documents, including surveys and title reports.
  • Direct and supervise field survey members, ensuring accurate and timely completion of projects.
  • Work closely with other team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Perform survey calculations for property boundaries, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Conduct various types of surveys, including construction staking, ALTA/ACSM land title surveys, route surveys, and topographic surveys.
  • Monitor projects from start to finish, interacting with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.

Requirements and Preferences:

  • 5+ years of experience in land surveying, with a strong track record of success.
  • Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) certification.
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD software.
  • A strong record of increasing professional responsibilities throughout your career.
  • Well-connected and well-respected in the industry, with a proven ability to bring in clients and grow business.
