Key Responsibilities

  • Allocate and manage repair orders among technicians
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the technician team
  • Ensure the workshop is maintained in a clean and organized manner
  • Assist in the recruitment and training processes for new technicians
  • Evaluate completed repairs to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
  • Maintain and service workshop equipment
  • Organize and manage the inventory of special tools

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a technician, particularly with General Motors
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong diagnostic abilities coupled with leadership experience
  • Must have personal tools available for use
  • Current completion of all General Motors Technical Training
  • Ability to pass pre-employment assessments
