We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Remedi SeniorCare. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of prescription medications.
Key Responsibilities- Process new patient referral prescriptions, prepare, and dispense medications in a timely and accurate manner.
- Work closely with Pharmacy Technicians and Order Entry Technicians to ensure seamless medication preparation and dispensing.
- Provide excellent client care, including patient follow-up, monitoring clinical laboratory data, and collaborating with physicians on dosing antibiotics.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to company and departmental policies and procedures.
- Pharmacist License
- Minimum of one (1) year recent experience in an acute-care setting or two (2) years' experience as a pharmacist preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meet deadlines, establish priorities, and be flexible
