Renal Nutritionist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Dietitian to join our team as a Renal Nutritionist. As a key member of the interdisciplinary healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nutrition services to patients with kidney disease.

• Assess patient nutritional needs and develop personalized meal plans to optimize health outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
• Conduct regular patient education sessions to promote healthy eating habits and disease management.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in renal nutrition to provide evidence-based care.

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• At least 1 year of experience in clinical nutrition, preferably in a dialysis setting.

• A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
