We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals of all ages, including emergency and non-urgent nursing duties. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure the highest standards of care and a comfortable and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and report patient vital signs and symptoms.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association certification within 90 days of hire.
- Emergency nursing continuing education is encouraged.
- Coursework/Training in Emergency nursing training or equivalent education/experience.
- 1 year General nursing experience.
