As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for providing operations-based support to the nursing unit, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care services. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement strategies that enhance the patient experience, improve quality outcomes, and promote staff development.

Requirements

  • Possession of or eligibility for a license to practice as a registered nurse in New York State
  • Three years of post-licensure clinical nursing experience in an acute care specialty area

Working Conditions

This role requires working full-time (40 hours per week), rotating evenings with weekends and holidays.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is $ $130,000 - $155,000 per year, based on experience and location.
