Qualifications and Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering; an additional qualification is advantageous. A minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing and environmental fields.
  • Expertise in process engineering, improvement, optimization, and scaling.
  • Proven track record in scaling product and process engineering, including equipment sizing and validation.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sustainable production techniques, waste minimization, and quality enhancement.
  • Experience with hazardous and industrial waste management, wastewater treatment, and chemical production processes.
  • Proficient in biological filtration systems and project management.
  • Understanding of environmental regulations and compliance at local, state, and national levels.
