Position Highlights:

· The ideal candidate will be a proactive, engaging, and collaborative professional with strong clinical and surgical competencies. We value those who excel in patient interactions and thrive in a supportive environment.

· Our current team includes multiple Comprehensive Ophthalmologists, specialists in Vitreoretinal and Medical Retina, along with a robust group of Optometrists.

· The practice is characterized by a high volume of patient referrals and surgical procedures, ensuring a dynamic work experience.

· Call responsibilities are minimal, averaging 4-5 weekends per year, plus one holiday, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

· Compensation for Comprehensive Ophthalmologists includes a guaranteed base salary of $450,000, complemented by a performance-based bonus structure, a signing bonus of $45,000, partnership opportunities, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and life insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer contributions, short-term and long-term disability coverage, an annual CME allowance of $3,000, paid vacation, and malpractice insurance.

· For Retina Specialists, the guaranteed base salary ranges from $600,000 to $700,000 based on experience, with significant incentive bonuses exceeding $1 million potential, alongside similar benefits as outlined above.
