Your Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure seamless service delivery and the highest levels of quality, safety, and speed.
  • Help build and lead a dynamic team of hourly staff members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed.
  • Maintain operational efficiency by assisting with tasks such as purchasing, receiving, and inventory management when needed.
  • Participate in applicant interviews and contribute to employee relations initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 1 year of restaurant leadership experience with a proven track record of supervising a team and driving results.
  • A valid Food Safety Certification that aligns with local regulations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities, both written and verbal.
