- Growing Relationships: Develop stakeholder maps, establish trusted partnerships, and collaborate effectively with multiple levels in the organization and external parties.
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, nursing, business administration, healthcare administration, organizational development, human factors, or a related field.
- Minimum of four years of experience in process improvement, project management, or a related field.
- Ability to manage simultaneous assignments with potentially conflicting priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable while meeting goals and due dates.
