Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse Specialist to join our emergency department team. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver safe and effective care.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assessing and developing individualized care plans for patients in the emergency department
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring patient vital signs and responding to changes in condition
- Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Documenting patient care in the medical record
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
- Minimum one year of critical care experience
