Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and patient-centered Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, therapy equipment, and treatment planning in a long-term care environment.
Responsibilities:
Assess patients' physical abilities and needs, developing individualized therapy plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional ability. Provide physical therapy treatments to assist patients with recovery from illness, injury, or surgery, aiming to restore independence and quality of life.
Requirements:
Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or similar setting. Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, therapy equipment, and treatment planning in a long-term care environment. Compassionate, patient-centered care with a focus on enhancing patients' quality of life.
