Job Overview

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in recruiting for a Warehouse Associate position in Canastota, NY. This role is a temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay rates. For consideration, please review the job requirements below.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn about various types of insulation and their applications in piping systems
  • Assemble and prepare field-applied materials for shipment
  • Ensure consistent production quality and adherence to standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and report concerns to management
  • Follow written and verbal instructions
  • Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
  • Work safely with forklifts and other lifting equipment
Requirements
  • Ability to interact with colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Proficiency with hand tools, including hand saws, box cutters, and handheld extrusion welders
  • Ability to complete written and verbal tasks with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and reading skills
  • Ability to lift moderate to heavy objects
  • Availability to work a 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM schedule
Compensation and Benefits

The starting pay rate for this position is $18.00 to $19.00 per hour, with opportunities for overtime. Adecco offers a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401(k) plan. Our associates may also be eligible for paid leave and holiday pay.
