We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist to join our team at Medtronic. As an EHS Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees and the environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement EHS policies, programs, and systems to comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Conduct workplace safety risk assessments and environmental impact evaluations.
  • Investigate and identify causes of incidents, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide training and awareness programs to employees on EHS matters.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • EHS program development experience.
  • EHS training experience.
  • ISO EHS Management Systems and Risk Assessment experience.
  • Workers Compensation Management experience.
