We are seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team at Atlantic Health System. As a key member of our Radiation Oncology department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a collaborative and dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to promote evidence-based care and a healing culture.
- Embody the PRIDE core values (Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity, and Excellence) in all aspects of your job.
- Participate in Shared Governance to drive quality improvement and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required; BSN preferred.
- 1-2 years of Radiation Oncology experience preferred but not required.
- Valid New Jersey Nursing License and BLS certification required.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
