Hollandia Dairy is seeking a Production Worker to join our team in San Marcos. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for assisting machine operators with machine operation, packing replenishment, monitoring, and other tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure quality inspection standards are met and remove food products not meeting quality standards.
- Assist plant personnel with general house cleaning and follow company sanitation procedures.
- Monitor and maintain accurate paperwork and documentation.
- Report any food safety and quality issues to management immediately.
- Exhibit excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Perform heavy labor tasks, including lifting up to 75lbs, and working in a cold environment.
- Work on the empty case dock and move stacks of empty cases as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to speak and understand English.
- Heavy labor experience in a similar environment preferred.
