As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of meetings and banquets, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the setup of meeting and banquet facilities, ensuring that all requirements are met and client expectations are exceeded.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Inspect function rooms prior to and during events to ensure that all requirements are met and hotel standards are maintained.
  • Manage and maintain inventory of equipment and supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are available for events.
  • Train and develop banquet housemen to ensure that they consistently meet high-quality standards.
  • Participate in the interviewing, hiring, and training of new associates.
Requirements
  • Leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality and professionalism.
  • Basic computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods, with the ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally.
