About the Role:
- Provide therapy virtually in standard 45-60 minute blocks
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Work with diverse populations, including children and adults, on various spectrums
- Be an integral part of our team, contributing to the growth and development of our services
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Deliver high-quality therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques and strategies
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless client care and support
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry advancements
- Contribute to the development of new programs and services, aligning with our mission to provide innovative and effective care
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in the state of Virginia, with eligibility for credentialing with major insurance panels
- Experience working with diverse populations, including children and adults, on various spectrums
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting
- Flexibility to commit to joining our team, with a drive to contribute to our growth and development
