Home Care Aide

Responsibilities and DutiesAs a Home Care Aide, you will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance to our clients with daily activities of daily living (ADLS) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLS). This may include tasks such as bathing, dressing, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, transfers, and companionship.
Qualifications and RequirementsTo be eligible for this role, you must have a WA state-approved training program and a valid WA license. You must also be at least 18 years old, eligible to work in the US, and have a GED or High School Diploma. Additionally, you must be able to pass a background check and drug test, and have excellent interpersonal skills with patience and empathy.
