Telecare Corporation is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing exceptional care to individuals experiencing severe psychiatric symptoms. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in our acute 15-bed adult intensive treatment program, providing recovery-focused services and supporting our residents in their journey towards recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide safe and effective implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.
  • Administer medical treatment, including medications, as prescribed by the physician.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident behavior or condition.

Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program and current licensure in the state of operation.
