The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Mandan, ND. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long-term care settings
- Assess residents' physical and psychosocial needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
