Compensation: $ (Eligible for salary increase after 90 days of employment with positive performance evaluation)
Work Schedule: Straight midnight (S/3)
Shift Premium: $ (Applicable for afternoon and midnight shifts)

Company Overview: Olin operates manufacturing facilities across five states in the U.S. and is a leading provider for shooting sports and gun clubs.

Key Responsibilities of the Production Line Operator:

  • Operate, troubleshoot, and adjust machinery as needed.
  • Load cardboard boxes into production machinery.
  • Move palletized materials using a forklift.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks.
  • Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Position Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • A consistent work history is required; prior experience in a production environment is preferred.
  • Forklift operation experience is a plus.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills are advantageous.
  • Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Must be capable of standing and walking for extended periods, climbing ladders, working at heights, in various weather conditions, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to work different shifts and weekends as necessary.
