Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Junction City School District 69. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing educational therapy to students in grades K-12 with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnosis and Treatment: Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' communication needs.
  • Collaboration with Teachers: Work closely with teachers to integrate therapy into the classroom and ensure seamless communication.
  • IEP Development: Write and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students receiving special education services.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments to monitor students' progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust therapy plans.
  • Communication with Parents: Maintain open and effective communication with parents to keep them informed of their child's progress and involve them in the therapy process.
Requirements
