Senior Companion Job Description: At True North Home Care, we are seeking a compassionate Senior Companion to join our team. As a Senior Companion, you will provide essential care and support to seniors in their homes, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Companion, you will:

  • Provide assistance with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks, following dietary guidelines
  • Engage in activities that promote mental and emotional stimulation, such as reading, games, or outings
  • Document all cares and services provided using our mobile application

Requirements:

  • 21 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license and insured personal vehicle
  • Able to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

Compensation: $15-17 per hour during the week, with a $1 per hour shift differential on weekends. We offer competitive pay for reliable and quality caregivers.
