Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring accurate point of sale transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the gas pumps and outside appearance.
  • Ensure accurate point of sale transactions and maintain a high level of cash handling accuracy.
  • Support team members and promote a positive team environment.
Requirements
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks at once.
  • Dedication to integrity, teamwork, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous point of sale experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents in English, including safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations
  • Valid Health Card.
  • Valid Alcohol Awareness Card.
Physical Requirements
  • Standing for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, stoop, lift, wipe, reach, and type without assistance.
