PRODUCTION WORKER – Nights
Location:San Marcos
Work Schedule:Monday-Friday, 9pm-5:30a/ or finish, overtime as needed
Job Duties:The PRODUCTION WORKER – works in the processing plant, assisting machine operators with machine operation, packing replenishment, monitoring, etc.
Key responsibilities include:
- Following quality inspection standards and removing food products not meeting quality standards
- Ensuring company sanitation procedures are followed
- Assisting plant personnel with general house cleaning throughout the shift
- Cleaning and restocking employee areas and plant sanitations
- Reporting any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be physically able to lift up to 75lbs on occasion
- Work in a cold environment which averages 35 degrees Fahrenheit
- Be able to speak and understand English
- Have heavy labor experience in a similar environment
