- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for yourself and others.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Boiler/Chiller Service Technician.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; additional technical education is advantageous.
- Licenses and Certifications: Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Skills and Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, and ductwork design; excellent communication and leadership skills; strong work ethic, with a stable work history.
