Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Lounge Mixologist who is enthusiastic about creating exquisite cocktails and delivering outstanding guest service. This role offers a full-time opportunity with the potential for 32+ hours per week, working four days a week, at a competitive hourly wage of $7.50 plus tips.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dismantle the bar area, ensuring the secure storage of liquor and proper handling of fruits and juices.
• Efficiently process drink orders from patrons and staff, crafting cocktails that meet our Beverage Standards using a standard jigger.
• Adhere to all check handling protocols, including credit card procedures. Cash tabs are not permitted.
• Complete all opening and closing tasks, which include cleaning floors and trash receptacles, and steaming them as necessary.
• Ensure all glassware is washed and replaced as required, while maintaining an adequate supply of ice at all stations.
• Oversee the inventory of sodas, juices, and beers, ensuring proper stock rotation.
