Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team at Heritage Home Health and Hospice.

As a Speech Therapist, you will work with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals in the patient's place of residence. Your primary responsibilities will include performing visits, completing coordination of care, and serving as the point of contact for all disciplines involved in providing care to patients.

Our ideal candidate will possess a current license as a Speech Therapist in the state of Idaho, a minimum of one year of clinical experience, and demonstrate knowledge and skill in Speech Therapy practice. Additionally, you will need to have CPR (BLS) professional certification, general knowledge of computers, and a valid state driver's license with automobile liability insurance.
