Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Pickleball Instructor to join our team at Arch Amenities Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our facility operations manual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of a comprehensive standard facility operations manual, including written policies and procedures for all facility services, administration, and maintenance.
- Utilize the Arch Amenities Group operations template to ensure consistency and efficiency in our operations.
- Report to the Instructor, Operations, and Customer Service teams on a regular basis to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of facility operations and management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
