Job Responsibilities

As a Medical Assistant in our Orthopedic Surgery Clinic, you will be an integral part of a dedicated team that prides itself on delivering exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with a variety of procedures, including applying braces and casts
  • Supporting patients throughout their entire surgical journey from consultation to post-operative care and rehabilitation
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program
  • Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Current National Certification as a Medical Assistant from one of the following organizations: NCCT, NAHP, AMT, AAMA, AMCA, or NHA
