We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Wound Care Nurse to join our team at Healogics. As a Wound Care Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our wound care program.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide patient care and handle intake and discharge processes for wound care patients
- Assist in vein clinic as assigned after completing Healogics Vein Clinic training
- May serve as Case Manager to a group of patients as assigned
- Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Medical Surgical, Home Health or Wound Care Certification preferred
- Wound care experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and oral and written communication skills
Our wound care program operates in a normal office environment with exposure to mechanical equipment, patient care environment, electrical current, and proximity to moving objects.
We offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from $37.02 to $47.60 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
