• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive guest experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations
• Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and ingredients
